1. CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

1.1. Return period: Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.

1.2. Condition of the product: Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. Request your refund:

• Send an email to 94vintage.es@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2.2. Prepare your package:

• Pack the product and take it to the indicated collection point.

2.3. Send the product:

• We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
• The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the product is defective.

2.4. Refund process:

• Once the product has been received and approved upon inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment

3. SIZE OR PRODUCT CHANGE

If you need to exchange a product for another size or model, please make a new purchase and request the return of the original item following the instructions above.

4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If the product received is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can correct it at no additional cost.
